As part of the renovation for Wellington Academy, a number* of subject specific large-scale wall infographics were commissioned. These included a History timeline of British events spanning 1000 years, a Modern Foreign Language wall showing the world’s top 20 spoken languages and a global Gross Domestic Product (GDP) bubble chart of the largest economies for Business Studies.
The infographic’s main purpose was to create more visually exciting interior spaces within the school. In order to engage students of various ages the information communicated included both information from within and outside the national curriculum.
