Working with the Cog team and clients from the South Bank Employers’ Group, we delivered a brand new campaign for 2018/19 promoting the diverse wonders that South Bank has to offer. A world of activity and cultural heart of London, the wonderful South Bank is the place to be come day or night, for both young and old, all year round.
Previous campaigns follow a theme of photography, taking a different approach, this year’s concept utilised the flexibility in illustration to successfully communicate the vast range of attractions, venues and participators that make up the South Bank family. Following some research, Mads Berg was the perfect fit for our concept and based on some rough sketches, he was able to create a unique world that is the South Bank we know and love.
The illustration was then adapted to various mediums; featured on large format posters along the South Bank, adverts within Time Out London magazine, moving animations across the organisation’s social media platforms and website, printed promotional tote bags and postcards to name but a few.
